BUZZ OFF TONIC
2 oz cold brewed Mornin’ Buzz Sting*
6 oz tonic water
(this one’s real simple after you’ve made your cold brew Sting)
Add cold brew coffee to a glass.
Add the tonic water.
Add the ice.
Garnish with orange wedge.
Sit back and be thankful it’s the last week of March!!
*(make this the day before)
Cold Brew Sting
1 cup whole bean Sting
4 cups water
Coarsely grind the coffee beans(think coarse cornmeal- coarsest setting on a mill or a quick one or two seconds in a spice grinder.
Fill a container with water and then add the freshly ground coffee on top.
Stir gently to make sure all the grounds are saturated with water.
Steep covered overnight.
Line a small strainer with cheesecloth, place over a large bowl and pour coffee through the strainer.
Transfer the coffee to a small jar and store in the fridge for up to one week.
